Watch Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s intense gym routine

The Ox is closing in on an Arsenal comeback

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is clearly serious about getting back to full fitness for Arsenal as soon as possible.

The England international is currently sidelined with a groin injury and has not featured for the Gunners since the 2-0 win over Manchester City last month.

However, he returned to full training last week and is in contention to make his return to action in the coming days.

And the midfielder is clearly looking forward to being back in action for the north London club after an intense gym session on Friday night.

Oxlade-Chamberlain shared the video above on his Instagram account and wrote: Good session tonight with my PT @trinityfitnessuk … Good luck to the boys tomorrow at Palace…. 3 points please! #OxSoonCome #TrinityFitness.”

The 21-year-old has made 16 Premier League starts for Arsenal so far this season and has also made five appearances from the bench.

He has scored once in the league and also netted once in the Champions League group stage.
