Gary Cahill and Romelu Lukaku were among the Premier League players to take to social media to wish Didier Drogba a happy 37th birthday on Wednesday.

The Ivorian celebrated his birthday as Chelsea geared up for their crunch last-16 Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea defender Cahill posted the picture above of himself in action with Drogba on his Instagram account and wrote: “Happy birthday @didierdrogba! Have a good day #legend”

Former Blues striker Lukaku, who now plies his trade at Everton, shared the picture below on the photo-sharing app and wrote: “Happy Birthday birthday my brother @didierdrogba God bless you”

Former Chelsea man Salomon Kalou also took to social media to send his best regards to Drogba, who helped fire the Blues to Champions League glory back in 2012.

Kalou posted the picture below on Instagram and wrote: “The face u make when it’s your bday and the @victoriasecretmodels ask if they can hit the runway for ya at yo party #WhyTheHellNot #HappyBday #neti_na_film #MuchLove#BigBro @didierdrogba”

Drogba has scored 103 Premier League goals for Chelsea during his two spells with the west London club.
