Theo Walcott took to social media on Monday night to reveal his excitement ahead of England’s friendly clash with Italy in Turin on Tuesday.

The Three Lions take on the Azzurri, with Italy unbeaten since last summer’s World Cup in Brazil.

Arsenal forward Walcott uploaded the photo above of the Juventus Stadium onto his Instagram account and wrote: “Looking forward to tomorrow night.”

Roy Hodgson revealed on Monday night that striker Harry Kane is set to start up front for the Three Lions alongside captain Wayne Rooney.

Kane, the joint top-scorer in the Premier League this season alongside Diego Costa, scored just 79 seconds into his England debut last week after replacing Rooney during Friday’s win over Lithuania.

Kane has scored eight goals in 10 appearances for England Under-21s and has netted 29 times for Tottenham Hotspur so far this term.

Rooney, meanwhile, is just two goals away from equalling Sir Bobby Charlton’s all-time England goal-scoring record of 49.
