Mamadou Sakho and Bafetimbi Gomis swapped shirts on Monday night after Liverpool were 1-0 winners against Swansea City at Liberty Stadium.

The Reds extended their unbeaten run to 13 games after Jordan Henderson deflected an effort past Swans goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski in the 58th minute.

Gomis and Sakho are good friends from their time together in the France squad and Ligue 1, so the Premier League stars decided to exchange shirts.

Sakho wrote: “With my friend Bafé after the game ! #win #LFC #Liverpool #YNWA”

The French pair have a history of taking snaps together this season after Sakho orchestrated a photo with Gomis in an Anfield corridor following a 4-1 win in December.

Sakho posted the above photo and wrote on Instagram: “Always a great pleasure to see my bro @BafGomis”

Sakho has been a key factor behind Liverpool’s unbeaten run in the Premier League after Brendan Rodgers opted for a back three of Emre Can, Martin Skrtel and the France centre-half.
