Cech has been linked with a switch to Arsenal in recent months amid reports Arsene Wenger wants to identify a long-term successor for struggling Poland international Wojciech Szczesny.
Petr expects that Abramovic not Mourinho will decide about his future, based on their mutual agreement from last year
The Red Devils, meanwhile, are facing the prospect of losing David De Gea to Real Madrid at the end of the season, and Louis van Gaal will want to add competition for Victor Valdes.
While Jose Mourinho has previously insisted that Cech won’t be sold to a direct rival, the shot stopper’s agent Viktor Kolar claimed that the decision to sell the Czech ultimately rests with owner Roman Abramovich.
“Arsenal, Manchester United or PSG are all top clubs. And Petr would like to join one of them – definitely,” Kolar told talkSPORT.
“Petr expects that Abramovic not Mourinho will decide about his future, based on their mutual agreement from last year.”

The Czech goalkeeper has won 12 major trophies during his Stamford Bridge career, including four Premier League titles and the Champions League.
