Cesc Fabregas is clearly looking forward to the summer after helping Chelsea win the Premier League this season.

The Spanish playmaker helped Jose Mourinho’s men wrap up their fourth top-flight crown earlier this month after also winning the League Cup during his first season at Stamford Bridge.

And the 28-year-old midfielder enjoyed some downtime on Friday afternoon as he posted a picture of himself with an ice cream cone on his Instagram account.

He uploaded the photo above and wrote: “Ice cream with @stupot2008”

Fabregas has been a regular fixture in the Chelsea first-team this season, scoring three goals and making 18 assists in 33 Premier League games for the west London club.

He will be expecting to feature when Chelsea return to Premier League action with a trip to West Bromwich Albion on Monday night.

Former Arsenal captain Fabregas joined Chelsea from Barcelona in a £27m deal last summer after being deemed surplus to requirements at Camp Nou.
