Gary Cahill says he is looking forward to what should be a “special day” as Chelsea look to wrap up the Premier League title on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues are 13 points clear of Arsenal and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table ahead of their clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s side are unbeaten in 14 Premier League games since a thrilling 5-3 defeat by London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on New Year’s Day.

Chelsea defender Cahill is hoping that run can continue and the west London side seal their fourth Premier League title with victory over Palace on Sunday afternoon.

Cahill posted the above photo and wrote on Instagram: “I’m hoping today is a special day, one to remember!….#KTBFFH #comeonchelsea #CFC #onemorewin”

Cahill has scored one goal in 32 Premier League appearances for the London side this season, racking up 2,660 minutes of top-flight action.
