Alberto Moreno and Javier Manquillo enjoyed a spot of Spanish food on Thursday evening in Manchester as the Liverpool duo prepared for Saturday’s clash with Crystal Palace at Anfield.

The pair were joined by Alberto’s brother Diego as they dined in Iberica Manchester ahead of Liverpool’s penultimate game of the season.

Moreno, who is certainly no stranger to keeping fans up to date on social media, uploaded the photo above onto his Instagram account and wrote: “Dinner in #IbericaManchester with my brother @diegomoreno_90 and my friend #manquillo”

Moreno has made 26 Premier League appearances for Liverpool since joining the Merseyside club from Sevilla last summer.

Manquillo, meanwhile, has featured 10 times in the English top flight for Brendan Rodgers’ men.

The Reds head into Sunday’s clash with the Eagles – which will mark Steven Gerrard’s last Liverpool game at Anfield – fifth in the Premier League table and six points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.

They drew 1-1 with newly-crowned champions Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in their most recent top-flight outing.
