Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott looked to be in good spirits as Arsenal trained at London Colney ahead of their Premier League clash with Sunderland on Wednesday night.

The Gunners take on the Black Cats looking to return to winning ways after their 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Arsenal slipped to a surprise 1-0 loss to Swansea City in their most recent home game and will be keen to return to winning ways when they face Sunderland on Wednesday night.

Arsene Wenger’s men need just one more point from their remaining two games to secure a top-three finish and a direct route into the group stage of next season’s Champions League.

And the Gunners’ squad looked to be in a good mood in training on Tuesday morning ahead of the top-flight game in north London.

Here are some of the best pictures from Tuesday morning’s training session at London Colney.
