Aaron Ramsey and Hector Bellerin both took to social media to praise Arsenal’s resilience after helping the Gunners seal a 1-1 draw at Manchester United on Sunday.

The Red Devils took the lead against Arsenal in the 30th minute at Old Trafford when Ander Herrera drilled home from close range.

United dominated proceedings in the first half but Arsenal improved after the break and the north London side equalised in the 82nd minute when substitute Theo Walcott’s cross was deflected in by Tyler Blackett.

Ramsey was the first Arsenal played to take to Instagram after the final whistle, uploading the photo above onto his account and writing: “Good response by the boys to get a deserved point. Hope all our fans have a safe journey back to London.”

Bellerin, meanwhile, was also thrilled to help Arsene Wenger’s men move to within touching distance of securing a top-three finish in the Premier League.

He shared the picture below on his own account and wrote: “Big point today. Great fight and spirit shown by the team #COYG”
