Hector Bellerin is clearly taking his fitness seriously as he prepares for pre-season training with Arsenal in the coming weeks.

The Spaniard enjoyed a breakthrough season with the north London club last term as he helped Arsene Wenger’s men wrap up a third-placed finish in the Premier League and retain their FA Cup title.

Now, the defender has signalled his intention to stay fit during the summer holidays by posting a picture of himself getting ready to work on his fitness levels during the off-season.

Bellerin posted the picture above of himself on his Instagram account: “Pre, pre-season sessions whilst on holiday. S/O to @pumafootball for the lightweight boots #ForeverFaster”

Bellerin capped an impressive run of form in the Gunners side with his first Premier League goal against Aston Villa in February before he netted against Liverpool in a 4-1 win at The Emirates back in April.

The Gunners youngster has scored a total of two goals in 28 appearances in all competitions for the north London side.
