Mesut Ozil doesn’t suffer fools lightly if the Arsenal midfielder’s latest Instagram post is anything to go by.

The Arsenal playmaker has finally been afforded some time to relax after the 26-year-old helped Germany seal an emphatic 7-0 victory over Gibraltar in their Euro 2016 qualifier at the weekend.

Ozil jetted out to Los Angeles after playing his part on international duty to soak up some rays ahead of the new Premier League season.

And the World Cup winner, who moved to Arsenal from Real Madrid in 2013, was thrilled to be amongst his real friends for what appeared to be a night out on Wednesday.

Ozil posted the above snap and wrote: “I don’t have friends, I got FAMILY #HatersWillHate #IGotNoTimeForFakePeople #LA #LaFamilia”

The £42.5m signing scored four goals and made five assists in 21 Premier League games last season.

Ozil was also part of Arsene Wenger’s side that won successive FA Cups after a 4-0 victory over Aston Villa in the showpiece at Wembley last month.
