Watch Liverpool forward create dance to rival Daniel Sturridge

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge isn't the only Reds player with moves after Jordon Ibe showed off his moves on Instagram

Jordon Ibe appears to have created a dance to rival Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge’s famed goal celebration.

The England international has pioneered his own goal celebration, which has become increasingly popular since his move to Anfield in 2013.

While Liverpool fans were treated to Sturridge’s best moves on 21 occasions in the 2013/14 season, the Liverpool man scored just four times in the Premier League last season.

And Ibe, who signed a new long-term contract at Anfield earlier this summer, seized his chance to create the most popular dance on Merseyside after he showed of his moves on Instagram on Thursday night.

Sturridge can probably sleep soundly in Boston tonight, though, as Ibe’s effort doesn’t quite have the same fludity as the Daniel Sturridge dance.

Ibe enjoyed a breakthrough season at Anfield last term after the 19-year-old made 14 appearances in all competitions.

The England Under-21 international scored five goals in 20 Championship games during a loan spell at Derby County earlier in the campaign.
