Jose Mourinho’s men are gearing up for their Premier League title defence after winning their fourth top-flight crown last season ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal.

The Blues take on Arsenal in the Community Shield at the beginning of August before hosting Swansea City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 8 August.
