Man United transfers: Juventus give Paul Pogba update
Juventus president Andrea Agnelli admits that Paul Pogba could leave the Serie A club this summer
Manchester United have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Paul Pogba after Juventus president Andrea Agnelli admitted that the midfielder could leave the Serie A club this summer.
The France international has been heavily linked with a transfer away from Juve in recent weeks after his recent sparkling form for the Italian side.
Real Madrid, Manchester City and United have all been touted as possible destinations for the midfielder, who helped Juve reach the Champions League final and win a domestic double last season. Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with a move for the player during the summer.
And Juve chief Agnelli has conceded that a transfer could be on the cards for the midfielder in the coming weeks.
Agnelli is quoted as saying by Spanish daily Sport: “Pogba is not for sale? In football, nothing is absolute.”
The 22-year-old scored eight goals and made three assists in 26 Serie A appearances for Juve last season as they retained their league title.
