Arsenal kicked off their Emirates Cup 2015 campaign with a thumping 6-0 victory over Lyon on Saturday.

First-half goals from Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Iwobi and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain capped an impressive display at Emirates Stadium, before Mesut Ozil and substitute Santi Cazorla completed the rout after the break.

Arsenal take on Wolfsburg in their next Emirates Cup clash on Saturday afternoon as Arsene Wenger’s men continue their preparations for the forthcoming Premier League season.

The north London club’s 6-0 rout prompted plenty of activity on Twitter after the game, and here are some of our favourite updates.
