Watch Arsenal squad work on their headers in swimming pool

Arsenal forward Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain vents frustration with Hector Bellerin after missing out on headers record

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be demanding that Hector Bellerin works on his heading after the defender denied his team-mate an Arsenal record.

The Gunners squad have been relaxing by the swimming pool in Singapore after a number of sweaty training sessions during their pre-season tour.

Naturally as professional footballers, the Arsenal squad got a beach ball involved and cultured some healthy competitive spirit with a game of headers.

However, England international Oxlade-Chamberlain was left particularly frustrated after Bellerin halted the forward’s bid at 19 following a terrible attempt at a header.

But the Spain Under-21 international hit back with some fighting talk of his own after confessing to sabotage.

Arsenal were 4-0 winners against Singapore XI earlier this week ahead of their clash against Everton in the Barclays Trophy on Saturday.

The Gunners kick-off their season with a clash against Chelsea in the 93rd Community Shield on 2 August.
