Bastian Schweinsteiger demands Man United extend winning run
Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger issues a rallying cry for Red Devils on Twitter
Bastian Schweinsteiger has urged Manchester United to continue their winning run after a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa.
Belgium international Adnan Januzaj score a 29th-minute winner on a rare start for the United side under Louis van Gaal.
Schweinsteiger, who moved to the Red Devils from Bayern Munich in a £15m deal earlier this summer, was a second-half substitute as the World Cup winner helped to see out three points.
And the Bayern legend underlined his reputation as a United leader on and off the pitch after the 31-year-old issued a rallying cry on Twitter on Sunday afternoon.

The Red Devils are in second place in the Premier League table after back-to-back wins against Tottenham Hotspur and Villa.
The 20-time English champions start their Champions League campaign with a play-off clash against Belgian side Club Brugge on Tuesday night.
Schweinsteiger was one of five summer signings at Old Trafford.
