Ben Davies issues Tottenham rallying cry ahead of Leicester clash

Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies rallies the Spurs troops ahead of their trip to Leicester City

Ben Davies has issued Tottenham Hotspur with a rallying cry ahead of their trip to Leicester City on Saturday.

Spurs face the surprise Premier League leaders at King Power Stadium after a disappointing 2-2 draw with Stoke City at White Hart Lane last weekend.

The Foxes will be dangerous opponents for the north Londoners after Claudio Ranieri’s side beat Sunderland and West Ham United in their opening two games.

And Tottenham left-back Davies, who is yet to make an appearance in Mauricio Pochettino’s side this season, took to Twitter ahead of their trip to Leicester.

The 22-year-old full-back made 22 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham last season after his move to White Hart Lane from Welsh outfit Swansea.

Spurs lost 1-0 to Manchester United in the opening game of the Premier League season earlier this month before last weekend’s disappointing stalemate with the Potters at The Lane.
