Eden Hazard says he wants to learn from Chelsea signing Pedro Rodriguez.
The Spain international put pen to paper on a long-term deal with the Premier League champions on Thursday after Chelsea agreed a £21.1m deal for the World Cup winner with Barcelona.
Pedro won five La Liga titles, the Champions League three times and five Copa del Reys during an eight-year spell in the Barcelona first-team, scoring 58 goals in the Spanish top-flight.
And Hazard, who won the PFA player of the year award after inspiring Chelsea to Premier League title glory last season, is eager to study the experienced Spain winger.
“When you play with Chelsea, you want to play with big players,” Hazard told Sky Sports. “He can bring a new experience. He is very good, fast, I want to play with him.
“I want to learn, I’m still young, I want to be one of the very best and I learn from the best.”
Chelsea are still searching for their first win in the Premier League after a 3-0 defeat by Manchester City at Etihad Stadium last Sunday.
The west London side make the trip to West Browich Albion at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
