Ibe, Gerrard and more: Liverpool stars react to late Stoke win
Liverpool star Jordon Ibe and Emre Can take to social media after the Reds beat Stoke City 1-0
Jordon Ibe hailed Philippe Coutinho’s winner as unstoppable after Liverpool edged to a late 1-0 victory over Stoke City at The Britannia.
The Brazilian playmaker scored a brilliant long-range strike with four minutes remaining of Sunday’s late kick-off to steal three points for the away side.
And England Under-21 international Ibe posted the above snap of the youngster congratulating Coutinho on his winning strike against the Potters.
Ibe wrote: “Unstoppable.. @phil.coutinho #LFC”
Germany Under-21 midfielder Emre Can came on in the second half to replace England international Adam Lallana at Britannia Stadium.
And Can posted the following message on the photo-sharing app after the win: “Good win today. Keep it up and congratulation to the magician @phil.coutinho to the great goal #ynwa #liverpool”
Liverpool defender Joe Gomez impressed alongside Nathaniel Clyne, Martin Skrtel and Dejan Lovren in the back four on his Premier League debut.
And the youngster, who was signed in a £5m deal from Charlton Athletic this summer, took to Twitter following his first appearance for Liverpool.

Spain defender Alberto Moreno, who lost out on a place to Gomez in the line-up, hailed Coutinho on Twitter.

And finally, Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard was keeping close tabs on his former team-mates.
