Man United transfers: Neymar wanted by Bayern, says Bundesliga expert
Bayern Munich will make a move to sign Manchester United target Neymar, according to Jan Aage FJortoft
Manchester United could face competition for Neymar after Bundesliga expert Jan Aage Fjortoft tipped Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola to move for the Barcelona forward.
According to The Sun on Saturday, the Red Devils have been holding secret talks over a potential mega-money deal to sign the Brazil international in the summer transfer window.
United chief executive Ed Woodward was in Barcelona earlier this week and he was expected to wrap up a deal for Pedro Rodriguez, but the Spain international moved in a £21.1m deal to Premier League champions Chelsea.
The Red Devils have been linked with a move for a striker amid reported interest in Tottenham Hotspur man Harry Kane and Bayern’s Thomas Muller, whilst Neymar is the latest potential target.
But former Nottingham Forest midfielder and German football expert Fjortoft is tipping the Bundesliga champions to make a move for the South American.
Guardiola wanted Neymar to Bayern in 2013. Bayern decided to take Götze. In his next club, Pep will want Neymar too.

Neymar has scored 31 goals in 59 appearances for Barcelona during two seasons at Camp Nou following his £75m switch from Santos in 2013.
