Memphis Depay gets along with everyone at Man United, says Daley Blind
Daley Blind has been impressed by how quickly Memphis Depay has settled into life at Manchester United
Memphis Depay has settled into life at Manchester United with ease, according to Daley Blind.
The Netherlands international has been a regular fixture in Louis van Gaal’s starting line-up since his arrival at Old Trafford from PSV Eindhoven earlier this summer.
The 21-year-old has scored two goals in four competitive games for the Red Devils and played the full 90 minutes as United were held to a goalless draw by Newcastle United at the weekend.
And Blind feels that his international team-mate has already slotted seamlessly into the side at United following his summer switch.
Blind, who joined the Red Devils last summer, told United’s website: “He’s settled in very well. You can see he has a lot of talent, he’s very strong and quick and a real personality.
“He dares to show himself which is very positive and he’s a really good guy who gets along with everyone.
“He knows what he can do and has a lot of faith in himself and that’s a good way to be at a club like United.”
Depay is one of five new arrivals at Manchester United this summer, with the Red Devils having also signed Matteo Darmian, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Sergio Romero and Morgan Schneiderlin in recent weeks.
