Mourinho delivers latest Chelsea injury update ahead of West Brom trip

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says Oscar and Victor Moses won't be available for the clash against West Brom

Jose Mourinho says Chelsea duo Victor Moses and Oscar are still injured ahead of their trip to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

The Blues make the trip to The Hawthorns looking to register their first Premier League win of the season after a 3-0 loss to Manchester City at Etihad Stadium last weekend.

Oscar picked up an injury in the days leading up to the defeat by the Citizens, whilst Nigeria international Victor Moses picked up a knock in a pre-season game with Fiorentina.

Speaking at his pre-match media conference on Friday, Mourinho confirmed the pair were both injury concerns for their clash against Tony Pulis’s Baggies side.

Mourinho confirmed that Thibaut Courtois would return to the starting line-up after serving his suspension following his straight-red foul on Bafetimbi Gomis in their 2-2 draw with Swansea City on the opening day of the season.

Chelsea have collected just one point so far this season.
