Former Liverpool and Tottenham legend Ray Clemence runs rule over Arsenal's new goalkeeper Petr Cech
Petr Cech will have a calming effect on the Arsenal defence this season, according to Spurs legend Ray Clemence.
The Czech Republic international managed to keep a clean sheet against his former club Chelsea as Arsenal eased to a 1-0 win and lifted the Community Shield on Sunday.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger signed the 33-year-old shot stopper in an £11m deal from the Gunners to finally solve the goalkeeping headache at The Emirates.
And former Liverpool and Tottenham shot stopper Clemence was impressed by Cech’s impact on the north London side at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.
