Aaron Ramsey is eager to get the season under way after Arsenal finished their final training session ahead of the Community Shield on Sunday.
The Gunners will face Premier League champions Chelsea in the season’s curtain raiser at Wembley fresh from their Emirates Cup triumph last weekend.
Ramsey scored against Manchester City last season as Arsene Wenger’s side eased to 3-0 victory over Manuel Pellegrini’s men in the Community Shield.
And the Wales international is eagerly-anticipating Sunday’s show-piece as the Gunners look to retain their crown at the home of English football.

The Community Shield should have added spice after Wenger managed to lure Chelsea legend Petr Cech to Stamford Bridge in a £11m deal earlier this summer.
The Gunners secured their spot in the Wembley showpiece after an emphatic 4-0 win against Aston Villa in the FA Cup final in May.
