Hector Bellerin is feeling sharp ahead of Arsenal's trip to Crystal Palace on Sunday
Hector Bellerin is clearly taking his preparation for Arsenal’s trip to Crystal Palace seriously as the Gunners look to return to winning ways at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
The north London side are looking to bounce back from their surprise 2-0 defeat by West Ham United in their Premier League opener last weekend by claiming victory against Alan Pardew’s men.
Bellerin has been passed fit for Sunday’s clash by manager Arsene Wenger, and the young Spaniard took to social media on Friday to post a picture of himself in the gym before Arsenal’s next top-flight test.
Bellerin shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “I’m fit and ready! I train to be faster, stronger and fiercer. I train #NoMatterWhat. Let me know what you train for?”

Bellerin joined the Gunners as a 16-year-old after opting to follow in the footsteps of the Spain midfielder and move to Emirates Stadium, calling time on his spell at Barcelona.
The Spaniard capped an impressive run of form in the Gunners side with his first Premier League goal against Aston Villa in February before he netted against Liverpool in a 4-1 win at The Emirates in April.
