Chelsea striker Diego Costa couldn't hide a smile from his face despite his injury concern ahead of Community Shield

Diego Costa looked relaxed despite his latest fitness concern as the Chelsea striker trained ahead of their clash against Arsenal in the Community Shield.

The Spain international had to be replaced after 60 minutes against Barcelona during their pre-season game in United States due to a hamstring concern.

Costa has battled with the problem over the past 12 months following his £32m move to the Premier League champions from Atletico Madrid.

However, Blues manager Mourinho insisted that Costa is ready to face the FA Cup holders at the home of English football on Sunday afternoon.

England international Gary Cahill was another injury concern ahead of the season’s curtain-raiser after he suffered a suspected broken nose following his equaliser against Barcelona.

But Mourinho, who returned to Stamford Bridge from Real Madrid in 2013, insisted that there were no fitness problems in his squad ahead of the Community Shield.
