Eden Hazard reveals his delight at being back in action for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

Eden Hazard took to social media on Thursday morning to reveal his delight at being back in action for Chelsea, despite their 1-0 loss to Fiorentina at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

The Belgian playmaker was a second-half substitute as Jose Mourinho’s men slumped to another pre-season defeat ahead of their Premier League opener against Swansea City on Saturday.

Hazard, last season’s PFA player of the year, was unable to prevent the west London side from slipping to a loss to the Serie A side following Sunday’s Community Shield defeat by Arsenal.

However, the attacker was clearly thrilled to be back in action for the Blues as the new season draws ever closer.

Hazard shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “New season 2015/2016”
