Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera appears to be relishing their clash against Brugge in Champions League
Ander Herrera was all smiles as Manchester United landed in Brugge ahead of their Champions League play-off on Wednesday night.
The Spain international has found his first-team opportunities limited this season after Louis van Gaal signed midfielders Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin in the summer transfer window.
Herrera has made two substitute appearances in the Premier League, whilst the 26-year-old midfielder didn’t feature in their 3-1 win against Club Brugge in the first leg of their Champions League clash.
But the United playmaker appeared in a positive mood as he took to his Instagram page on Tuesday afternoon after the Red Devils made the trip to Belgium.
Herrera wrote on Instagram: “Already in Brugge 🔴 #championsleague”
Herrera moved to the 20-time English champions in a £29m deal from La Liga outfit Athletic Bilbao last summer.
