Radamel Falcao took to social media to reveal that he is feeling in good shape ahead of Chelsea’s trip to Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.

The defending champions are preparing to take on Manuel Pellegrini’s men at the Etihad Stadium as they search for their first win of the season following their 2-2 draw with Swansea City in their opening game last weekend.

The 29-year-old Falcao played the final six minutes at Stamford Bridge against the Swans as he made his first top-flight appearance for the Blues since joining on loan from Monaco earlier this summer.
