Juan Mata and Ander Herrera helped Manchester United launch their new away kit in Brixton on Tuesday
Juan Mata and Ander Herrera were all smiles as they donned Manchester United’s new white away kit at an Adidas event in Brixton on Tuesday afternoon.
The two Spaniards were joined by Daley Blind and Ashley Young at Base Brixton as the Red Devils unveiled their new strip ahead of their first away game of the season at Aston Villa on Friday night.
Herrera shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Tuesday evening and wrote: “@ManUtd away kit #BeTheDifference Base Brixton @adidasUK”
The new shirt features a classic V-neck cut collar and three-stripe design down the shoulder, as well as a graphic design on the hem of the shirt taken from the 1990 shirt famously worn by Ryan Giggs in his first full season.
The design feature runs throughout each of the three shirts being launched this season.
Mata played the full 90 minutes as United beat Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday in their first Premier League game of the new season.
