Marcos Rojo and Memphis Depay looked to be in good spirits as Manchester United were put through their paces at Carrington ahead of the new Premier League season.

Louis van Gaal’s men were all kitted out in their new Adidas training wear as they were put through their paces at the club’s training ground.

United are working on their fitness as they prepare to welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Old Trafford in their Premier League opener on Saturday afternoon.

And the club’s summer signings looked to be fitting in nicely as Van Gaal kept a close eye on proceedings at Carrington.

Depay sported a new short haircut as he prepares for his Premier League debut.

Also pictured in training action during Wednesday’s session were the likes of Wayne Rooney and Bastian Schweinsteiger, who joined the club from Bayern Munich earlier this summer.
