Robbie Savage defends Arsenal after Manchester United legend Roy Keane criticised Arsene Wenger's squad

Robbie Savage has defended the Arsenal squad after Roy Keane’s recent criticism of Arsene Wenger’s side.
The outspoken Manchester United legend accused some of the Arsenal players of caring more about their “selfies and six-packs” than winning football games.
As long as it is done after games, I think it is fine

The Gunners responded to Keane’s scathing criticism on Sunday with an impressive 1-0 win against defending Premier League champions Chelsea in the Community Shield.
And Savage, who is a regular Twitter user, doesn’t see any issue with the Arsenal squad keeping supporters behind-the-scenes access on social media as long as Wenger’s side are working hard on the pitch.
“You can look at it one or two ways,” Savage told The Sport Review, speaking at a BT Sport media event to launch the broadcasters football coverage for the coming season.
“They should be concentrating more on football, which I think they do anyway and it brings them closer to the fans.
“It obviously doesn’t affect their on-field performances as they were magnificent yesterday. They were great last year in the cup. As long as it is done after games, I think it is fine.”
