Tottenham midfielder reflects on ‘disappointing’ Everton draw
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Ryan Mason says Spurs deserved maximum points from their clash with Everton
Ryan Mason says Tottenham Hotspur deserved maximum points against Everton after Spurs were held to a disappointing goalless draw at White Hart Lane.
The north London side are still without a Premier League win this season after reigning PFA young player of the year Harry Kane failed to beat Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard in the second half.
Spurs are in 15th place in the Premier League table after three successive draws following a 1-0 loss to Manchester United on the opening day of the season at Old Trafford.
And Mason, who was replaced in the final 10 minutes of their 0-0 draw with Everton, took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon to post his thoughts on the stalemate.
Disappointed not to get the 3 points that we definitely deserved but lots of positives to build on. Thanks for the support #COYS

Mason signed a new deal with Tottenham earlier this year after he enjoyed a breakthrough season under Mauricio Pochettino.
