Arsenal star Petr Cech spends Sunday counting his clean sheets

Petr Cech was a busy man on Sunday morning...

Petr Cech took to social media to reveal that he had been spending his Sunday counting his Premier League clean sheets.

The Arsenal goalkeeper added another to his collection this weekend as he helped Arsene Wenger’s men secure a 2-0 win over Stoke City at Emirates Stadium as the north London club moved up to third place in the Premier League table.

With Arsenal not in action for another few days, Cech decided to spend some of his Sunday going back through the numbers and adding up the total number of clean sheets he has kept in the English top flight for both Chelsea and the Gunners.

And the Czech Republic international revealed the correct number on his Twitter account as he posted a series of updates on Sunday morning.

He tweeted:

Cech joined Arsenal from Chelsea during the summer transfer window for a fee believed to be worth around £10m.
