Adnan Januzaj and Gareth Bale both tweet their thoughts as Manchester United lose 2-1 to PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League

Manchester United suffered a 2-1 loss to PSV Eindhoven in their Champions League group-stage opener on Tuesday night in a match that was overshadowed by a serious injury to Luke Shaw.

The United defender was brought down by Hector Moreno before being carried off early on in the first half of the clash.

Memphis Depay scored the opener on his return to PSV in the 41st minute, but Moreno headed in from a corner in first-half stoppage time.

And Luciano Narsingh headed in a 57th-minute winner for the Dutch side as Louis van Gaal’s men began their group campaign with a defeat.
