Jose Mourinho sends message to Chelsea fans after slow start

Jose Mourinho is confident that Chelsea will turn things around against Everton this weekend

Jose Mourinho has reassured Chelsea fan that the Blues will get back on track after their stuttering start to the Premier League season.

The west London side slumped to a surprise 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge in their most recent Premier League outing to leave them down in 13th place in the top flight table after four games.

Chelsea have only won one Premier League game so far this season after a slow start to their title defence, losing to early pace-setters Manchester City last month.

However, Mourinho insists that he remains hungrier than ever for success as Chelsea turn their attentions to next Saturday’s Premier League clash with Everton at Goodison Park.

Mourinho is quoted as saying by the London Evening Standard: “At the moment, we are losing matches and not getting results, but step by step we are going to be back on track.

“Three months ago we won the title and every success I have, I want more.”

Former Real Madrid boss Mourinho led Chelsea to the Premier League title and the League Cup during his second campaign back in charge at Stamford Bridge.
