New Chelsea signing feeling comfortable in England
Pedro Rodriguez insists that he has adapted to life in England with ease after his switch to Chelsea
Pedro Rodriguez insists that he has adapted to life in England with ease following his summer transfer to Chelsea.
The Spain forward joined the Blues from Barcelona last month after being heavily linked with a transfer to Manchester United for much of the summer transfer window.
Pedro announced himself to the Premier League by scoring in a man of the match display against West Bromwich Albion as Jose Mourinho’s men sealed a 3-2 win at The Hawthorns.
And the attacker has revealed that he is already feeling at home in the English top flight as he gears up for his first full season in England.
Pedro is quoted as saying by the Daily Star: “I am very happy with the change, I’ve arrived in England well and you can tell I’m comfortable.”
Pedro also backed his Spain and Chelsea team-mate to rediscover his goal-scoring touch in the coming weeks.
He said: “He’s missing a goal, but he’s in the right place, he provides solutions and the goals will arrive.”
Chelsea return to Premier League action when they travel to Everton on Saturday lunchtime looking to notch up their second win of the season.
