Mesut Ozil is among the tweeters after Arsenal seal a 2-1 win over Tottenham in the League Cup third round

Mesut Ozil was among the Arsenal players to take to Twitter to celebrate the Gunners’ 2-1 north London derby win over Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup on Wednesday night.

Mathieu Flamini opened the scoring midway through the first half as he reacted quickest to Michel Vorm’s tame parry.

A Calum Chambers own goal brought the hosts back into the game, before Flamini’s stunning volley from the edge of the box with just over 10 minutes remaining handed Arsene Wenger’s men victory at their bitter rivals’ home ground.
