Alexis Sanchez was thrilled to help Arsenal seal a 5-2 win at Leicester City by grabbing a hat-trick

Alexis Sanchez took to social media to reveal his delight at scoring a stunning hat-trick to help Arsenal thrash Leicester City 5-2 on Saturday.

The Chilean netted his first three goals of the season against the Foxes to help Arsene Wenger’s men move up to third place in the Premier League table.

And the 26-year-old was clearly thrilled to play a big part in helping Arsenal return to winning ways in the top flight after their defeat by Chelsea last weekend.

Sanchez shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Vamos por más arsenal … 💪🏽 we go for more Arsenal ⚽️”

Jamie Vardy put the Foxes ahead in the 13th minute but Theo Walcott equalised when Leicester were caught on the break.

Sanchez then scored in the 33rd, 57th and 81st minute to put the result beyond doubt as Vardy pulled one back before substitute Olivier Giroud netted a fifth late on.
