Ander Herrera is ready for Manchester United's clash with Liverpool on Saturday

Ander Herrera took to social media on Friday morning to underline his excitement ahead of Manchester United’s showdown clash with Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Red Devils are set to host the Merseyside outfit in Saturday’s late kick-off at Old Trafford as Louis van Gaal’s men look to return to winning ways in the top flight.

And Herrera is clearly looking forward to the clash, as he posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “🔴 @manchesterunited”

Both United and Liverpool head into Saturday’s game on the back of defeats, with Brendan Rodgers’ men having lost 3-0 to West Ham before the international break.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been a regular fixture in Van Gaal’s first team so far this season and has made three Premier League appearances for the Red Devils thus far.
