Gabriel Paulista is targeting three points ahead of Arsenal’s clash against Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.

The Brazil international could play in his first London derby at Stamford Bridge if the centre-half retains his place in Arsene Wenger’s starting line-up after a flurry of Premier League starts.

Gabriel has helped Arsenal collect seven points from a possible nine and keep three successive clean sheets against Liverpool, Newcastle United and Stoke City.

And the 25-year-old defender, who moved to Arsenal from Villarreal in the January transfer window, looked to rally his Gunners team-mates ahead of their clash in west London.

Gabriel wrote on his Instagram page: “Today is the day to win, lets conquer 3 more important points for @arsenal , we count on your support! Lets go gunners”

Chelsea have made their worst start to a top-flight campaign since 1986 after collecting just four points from their opening five games.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are sitting in third place with 10 points after a four-game unbeaten run following a 2-0 loss to West Ham United on the opening day of the season.
