Radamel Falcao has endured a tough first 12 months in the Premier League, and the Chelsea forward is grateful for the faithful support of his two children.

The Colombia international scored his first Chelsea goal in a 2-1 defeat by Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Falcao moved to the defending Premier League champions on a season-long loan from Ligue 1 side Monaco despite a disappointing campaign at Manchester United.

And father-of-two Falcao posted a photo of his two daughters – Dominque and Desiree – on his Instagram page.

Falcao wrote: “My Faithful followers”
