Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas chills out with his sister on transfer deadline day

Cesc Fabregas will not be expecting the arrival of any more teammates this evening, and has been tagged in an Instagram photo with his sister Carlota.

Midfielder Fabregas is back in Spain on international duty after being called up for European Championship qualifiers against Slovakia and Macedonia this week, and has made time for his close-knit family following a difficult start to the Blues’ defence of the Premier League title.

The siblings, who regularly post photos of their time together to social media, were brought up in the Catalan town of Arenys de Mar but still find time for each other despite careers taking them across the world.

The 28-year-old Spain star Fabregas has struggled to replicate last season’s form since Chelsea’s title defence got underway in August, and will be looking to kick-start his season on international duty.
