Mesut Ozil took to social media to reveal his excitement ahead of Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Stoke City at Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

The Gunners take on the Potters at their home ground looking to make it back to back wins in the top flight for the first time this season.

Arsenal secured a 1-0 win over Newcastle United in their most recent top-flight outing before the international break – a game Ozil missed due to a minor knee problem.

But the Germany international will be expecting to feature when Arsene Wenger’s men host Stoke at The Emirates on Saturday.

Ozil posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Let’s ‘stoke’ up the three points tomorrow! 😉 Come on you Gunners! 💪 #AFCvSCFC #YaGunnersYa #AFC”

Arsenal head into Saturday’s game in sixth place in the Premier League table after taking seven points from their opening four top-flight games.

Ozil has made one assist in three Premier League appearances for Arsenal this season.
