Papy Djilobodji is left out of the Blues' Champions League squad by manager Jose Mourinho
New Chelsea signing Papy Djilobodji has been left out of the Blues’ Champions League squad by manager Jose Mourinho.
The Senegalese defender joined the west London club on transfer deadline day from Nantes following the Blues’ failed pursuit of Everton centre-half John Stones.

Chelsea have been pitted against Dynamo Kiev, Porto and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Group G, and kick off their group stage campaign with a clash against the Israeli side at Stamford Bridge on 16 September.
