Photos: Arsenal duo meet Anthony Joshua at The O2

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers enjoyed some downtime after Arsenal's win over Stoke

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers enjoyed some downtime on Saturday evening after Arsenal’s win over Stoke City as they watched boxer Anthony Joshua in action at The O2 in London.

The 25-year-old Joshua won the Commonwealth heavyweight title in only his 14th professional fight with a first-round stoppage of Scotland’s Gary Cornish.

Joshua floored Cornish and the referee waved things off after a second knockdown to leave the former Olympic champion with 14 knockouts from 14 paid fights.

Oxlade-Chamberlain featured for the Gunners as goals from Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud handed Arsenal a 2-0 victory over Stoke at Emirates Stadium.

And the Arsenal pair looked in good spirits as they watched on and met Joshua on Saturday night in North Greenwich.

Chambers posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Great night at the O2. Good to see @anthony_joshua with another KO 👊 #KnockoutKing #14”

Meanwhile, Oxlade-Chamberlain shared the photo below on his own account and added: “Last night was the First time I’ve seen AJ fight live… You didn’t disappoint bro! 🙌 @anthony_joshua 📷: @mattework”

Arsenal’s next Premier League game is a trip to Chelsea on Saturday lunchtime.
