Piers Morgan: The first thing I would do if in charge of Arsenal

Piers Morgan has been having his say about Arsenal on social media once again

Piers Morgan has outlined the exact steps he would take to guide Arsenal to the Premier League title if he were in charge of the club.

The Arsenal shareholder has never been one to hold back his views on the north London club, and the Gunners’ failure to sign an outfield player during the summer transfer window has prompted responses from many supporters in recent weeks.

Arsenal were heavily linked with a host of players during the summer transfer window, including the likes of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

And celebrity Gunners fan Morgan says he would appoint a new manager and make sure the north London side signed a player in each key position.

Morgan tweeted:

The former Daily Mirror editor also blamed the fall-out from Saturday’s 2-0 loss to Chelsea involving Diego Costa on Arsene Wenger’s failure to sign the right players to cope with the Brazilian.

Arsenal take on Tottenham in the third round of the League Cup on Wednesday night.
