Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker sends a message to Everton signing Aaron Lennon after deadline day move
Kyle Walker has sent a good luck message to Aaron Lennon after the midfielder swapped Tottenham Hotspur for Everton on transfer deadline day.
The England international has struggled to have an impact under Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino over the past 12 months since the Argentine was appointed at White Hart Lane in 2014.
The 28-year-old, who has made 21 appearances for England national team, joined Everton on loan last January, scoring two goals in 14 Premier League appearances.
And Spurs defender Walker posted a special message for one of his “best friends in football” after Lennon penned a three-year deal with the Toffees for an undisclosed fee.

Lennon scored 30 times in 364 appearances in all competitions during a 10-year stay at White Hart Lane.
The Three Lions winger initially moved to the north London side in a £1m deal from Leeds United in 2005.
Everton face Chelsea at Goodison Park in their next Premier League fixture.
